We Charge an extra fee for guests counts over 100.

Our maximum indoor seating capacity is 180 people. Please inquire for groups over 180.

Included in Package:

• Vendor Coordination- Starting 2hrs prior to ceremony, arrivals, setup, departures, and necessary vendor needs are handled by Team 919.
• Timeline Planning- Avoid common mistakes and get the best plan for a smooth wedding.
• Buggy Shuttle- Available before and after ceremony to assist low mobility guests and the wedding party to and from the ceremony site.
• Digital Planner-  Our couples rave about our shared canva wedding planner tool. It makes communication with team 919 super easy and efficient.

Base Camp does not include Alcohol service. Couples that wish to provide Alcohol to their guests must purchase a Bar Package from Elevation 919 

Primary Bar Package ...$799

Couple provides up to 4 beer/can options and 2 wine options. 

The venue charges no fees on the Alcohol brought to the venue. 

We do not allow shots to be served at the venue.

Our Bring Your Own Beverage policy will save you thousands compared to other venues that charge a per person fee for alcohol. We provide a shopping list based on your preferences and headcount and you purchase the all beverages from any discount retailer.

Base Camp includes professional Sound Equipment with Bluetooth connectivity for both ceremony spaces and inside the Lodge for the Reception
