Base Camp is Team 919's streamlined single day wedding package offered during off peak seasons at the Christmas Tree Farm. It is only available in the Winter, Spring, and Late Summer wedding seasons.

The Base Camp Package provides a lot more then just cost savings.... it provides an unforgettable wedding experience. Our dedicated team, Elevation 919, will be by your side guiding you through the entire process from venue tour to happily ever-after.

The Base Camp is perfect for couples that only need minimal services on their wedding day. This package is more reflective of the traditional wedding timeline where the entire wedding and preparation at the venue starts and ends on Saturday.

Payment Plans

Down payments range from 50%-15% depending on the package and length of time between booking and wedding date.

2027 Wedding Season:

Rental Times

Reception & Ceremony: Saturday 12-9:30pm
Last call for the bar is 8:15 and the music ends at 9pm. By 9:30pm we will have all your belongings loaded and your party will leave the venue.

Fairy Tale Tavern & Beverage Service will be the talk of your reception with personalized touches and a themed menu. Team 919 will be expertly serving up to 6 beer options, 4 wine options, 2 signature batch drinks and a whole lot of party vibes.

Catering & Alcohol Policy

Food can be provided by any licensed and insured caterer. Your caterer must serve the food and agree to our catering policies.

Our Bring Your Own Beverage policy will save you thousands compared to other venues that charge a per person fee for alcohol. We provide a shopping list based on your preferences and headcount and you purchase the all beverages from any discount retailer.
