Base Camp is Team 919's affordable single day wedding package offered on Sundays and Mon-Thur. during all of our wedding seasons. It is also offered on Saturdays in the Winter and Late Summer Wedding Seasons.

We have various payment options available to make your dream wedding more affordable.
An initial payment in the range of 20% -40% of the total wedding can secure your date at the Tree Farm. Payment terms are entirely dependent on the length of time between booking and wedding date. We can offer more payments for a lower payment amount the further out from your wedding date you book. 6 payments is the max offered when booking 2 years out. While 3 payments is typical of a wedding booked 1yr in advance.
We offer incentives if you choose to pay in full at the time of the Booking.

We Charge an extra fee for guests counts over 120.
- 120-130: $44.00
- 130-140: $99.00
- 140-150: $165.00
- 150-160: $215.00
- 160-170: $285.00
- 170-180: $375.00
- 185-230 $750.00
Our maximum indoor seating capacity is 180 people. We can host weddings with up to 230 people (Guests & Wedding Party) when utilizing our combined indoor and outdoor covered seating.
When planning for weddings over 150 special catering requirements will apply.

The Base Camp Package can be booked on Sundays or Mon.-Thur. during all of our wedding seasons. We also offer this package for Saturdays and Fridays during our Late Summer and Winter seasons.

2027 Wedding Season:

- Vendor Coordination- Starting at 1pm, arrivals, setup, departures, and necessary vendor needs are handled by Team 919.
- Timeline Planning- Avoid common mistakes and get the best plan for a smooth wedding.
- Timeline Execution- Timeline direction throughout the ceremony & reception with adjustments for weather or delays.
- Buggy Shuttle- Available before and after ceremony to assist low mobility guests and the wedding party to and from the ceremony site.
- Departure- Team 919 satisfies all your venue obligations for clean up and assists in your load out at the end of your night.

Base Camp includes beverage dispensers, ice scoops, & all the equipment you need to set up a non alcoholic self serve beverage bar.
Base Camp does not include Alcohol service. Couples that wish to provide Alcohol to their guests must purchase one of Team 919's Bar Packages...

Couple provides up to 6 beer options, 4 wine options, 2 signature pre batch drinks. The venue charges no fees on the Alcohol brought to the venue.

- Alcohol is Provided by Bar Company
- 4.5hrs of Bar Service
- Insurance
- Cups 8oz Disposable
- 160lbs of Ice
Bar is stocked by Bar Company with up to 6 beer options, 4 wine options, 2 signature pre batch drinks and guests pay per drink to the Bar Company.
3.) Premium Bar ... $1399
Includes:
- 2 Professional Bartenders
- 4.5hrs of Bar Service
- Insurance
- Mixly Sampler Pack
- 3 Gallons/Flavors of Mixly Mix
- Champaign Toast
- Cups 8oz Disposable
- Flutes Disposable
- 200lbs of Ice
Couple provides up to 8 beer options, 6 wine options, and spirits for up to 3 mixed drink recipes. Mixers are provided from the experts at Mixly. The venue charges no fees on the Alcohol brought to the venue.
We do not allow shots to be served at the venue.

Our Bring Your Own Beverage policy will save you thousands compared to other venues that charge a per person fee for alcohol. We provide a shopping list based on your preferences and headcount and you purchase the all beverages from any discount retailer.

Food can be provided by any licensed and insured caterer. Your caterer must serve the food and agree to our catering policies.
We will provide an extensive list of our preferred caterers who provide exceptional service with competitive pricing.
We have an open catering policy.

We have maintain a large inventory of wedding decor that you can use to decorate with. Of course you can bring in your own decor as well.
Decor Includes:
- Large selection of glass cylinders in cascading sizes with LED floating candles
- Multiple sets of wood rounds, mirrors, and foundational pieces to use for you table centers
- Massive amount of glass vases of all kinds of shapes and sizes
- Multiple styles of glass votive
