The Summit is Team 919's inclusive wedding package for the Tree Farm and is the most popular option with our couples. Besides being a tree-mendous value, it is the only package offered that allows Day Before Decorating. When the load in and the decorating gets completed the day before its a real timeline game changer allowing our couples to relax a bit and enjoy their wedding day experience. In addition to the less stressful timeline included are Team 919's professional DJ services, Bartender, and Venue Coordinator services. This type of coverage for your wedding day will simplify the planning process and streamline the day of execution. Not to mention the added clarity for the couple and their families helping them to better understand the full cost of the wedding before signing any contracts. Above all the included bells and whistles is the exceptional hospitality and service provided by Team 919. This is the case for all of their packages. We have shockingly low rental rates AND extremely fair vendor policies.
Caterers:
You can have any caterer you want as long as they are fully insured & licensed. Your caterer must serve the food and agree to our catering policies.
Bartenders:
If you chose to serve alcohol we require you to select a Bartender from our list of approved vendors. We have great options to choose from including award winners and bang for your buck champions. You can purchase your own alcohol to be served by your selected bartender. White Pine Lodge derives no profits from your Alcohol purchases. This could save you thousands of dollars compared to other venues.
DJs:
If you chose to have a DJ we require you to select a DJ from our list of approved vendors. Our vendors have the equipment, affordable pricing, and award winning reputation to make your reception the party of your dreams.

20 acre private Christmas Tree Farm secluded in nature on the bluffs of the mighty Missouri river.
White Pine Lodge is a fully modern purpose built wedding reception venue. It's climate controlled with an inside seated capacity of 150 people.
A large outdoor patio and deck provides room for games, smoking section, and covered space for an additional 30 seated guests.
Whispering Pines Ceremony Courtyard is a concrete pad carved into a hill and surrounded on 3 sides by a towering white pine forest. It features electrical outlets, paved walkway, built in seating, and a beautiful pergola for the "I do" part ;)
Bridal suite with private restroom and makeup mirrors.
Grooms Den in the basement with roll up exterior door, games, and secured door.
The property is handicapped accessible.
