Rental Times

Day Before Decorating: Friday 10-2pm.
Reception & Ceremony: Saturday 12-9:30pm
Last call for the bar is 8:15 and the music ends at 9pm. By 9:30pm we will have all your belongings loaded and your party will leave the venue.
You can add more time to your Reception.... See "Add On" option below.

Linen and Decor Placement

We have an extensive inventory of linen options to suit any bride. The included linens come in nearly any color! Not only are the linens and chair covers included... We put them on for you!

Team 919 shows up early the Thursday before your wedding to begin your reception set up at White Pine Lodge
We set up the tables with linens and cover all the chairs.

Day Before Decorating

Reduce the stress on your wedding day by knocking out some of your checklist the day before!

Friday Venue Access 10-2pm for reception decorating and details included in the package price!

Team 919 Day of Coordinator

Included in Package:

Arrival- We unload your alcohol and help get you settled into the bridal suite.
Setup & Details- 1 dedicated team member to assist with decor & misc setup for the first 2 hrs of the rental.
Vendor Coordination- Arrivals, setup, departures, and necessary vendor needs handled by Team 919.
Timeline Execution- Timeline direction throughout the entire day with adjustments for weather or delays.
Parking Attendant- 1 team member will be dedicated to parking direction for 1 hour before your ceremony start.
Departure- Team 919 satisfies all your venue obligations for clean up.

Fairy Tale Tavern

Fairy Tale Tavern & Beverage Service will be the talk of your reception with personalized touches and a themed menu. Team 919 will be expertly serving up to 6 beer options, 4 wine options, 2 signature batch drinks and a whole lot of party vibes.

Catering & Alcohol Policy

Food can be provided by any licensed and insured caterer. Your caterer must serve the food and agree to our catering policies.

Our Bring Your Own Beverage policy will save you thousands compared to other venues that charge a per person fee for alcohol. We provide a shopping list based on your preferences and headcount and you purchase the all beverages from any discount retailer.

We can host weddings with up to 225 people (Guests & Wedding Party) when utilizing our combined indoor and outdoor covered & uncovered seating. Our maximum indoor seating capacity is 185 people.
