20 acre private Christmas Tree Farm secluded in nature on the bluffs of the mighty Missouri river.

Evergreens Chapel is a concrete courtyard carved into a hill and surrounded on 3 sides by a towering white pine forest. It features electrical outlets, water hook up, a paved walkway, built in seating, and a beautiful pergola for the "I do" part ;)

White Pine Lodge is a fully modern purpose built wedding reception facility. It has tile floors, dimming lights, and lofted ceilings. The lodge has a bridal suite, groom's den, caterer's kitchen, expansive outdoor deck, bar with pub style seating, and panoramic views of nature.

The property is mostly handicapped accessible.

We can host weddings with up to 215 people when utilizing our combined indoor and outdoor covered & uncovered seating. Our indoor maximum seating capacity is 185 people.

Couples are allowed to supply their own alcohol for receptions at White Pine Lodge.

Beer, wine, Champaign, and a limited qty of signature batch drinks is permitted.

We do not allow full bars with liqueur bottles or cash bars.

We require couples who wish to serve alcohol to purchase a bar tending package from Elevation 919. Packages start at $649.99

Food can be provided by any licensed and insured caterer. Your caterer must serve the food and agree to our catering policies.

If you chose to have a DJ we require you to select a DJ from our list of approved vendors. Our vendors have the equipment, affordable pricing, and award winning reputation to make your reception the party of your dreams.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

All applicable terms and conditions are contained within the rental agreement and must be signed to reserve a wedding day at White Pine Lodge.
